StarBall 15 is the UEFA StarBall badge used in the Champions League in the honors version where the club gets wear a badge showing the numbe of titles it has won.

The requirement is to have won 3 in a row. Like it has been done by Ajax, or to have won 5 in total, e.g. FC Barcelona.

Real Madrid has won 15 Champions League titles thus the 15.

The UEFA Foundation 10 badge is the campaign badge for the UEFA initiative started 10 years ago. Thus the 10 in adition to the UEFA Foundation campaign slogan.

CWC is the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 badge. Which is placed to the right arm sleeve as any other tournament badge. Thus the Starball15 and the CWC cannot both be worn. They pertain to different tournaments.
