Postage & Package

The shipping rates above are unitary prices according to geographic zones and in some cases according to payment methods. Rates are not determined by weight or price on any given product. In exceptional cases, regarding excessively light or heavy packages, we do reserve the right to add an additional price to a package. However, in that case the customer will always be informed before the package is sent so it will always be possible to cancel such a purchase.

Delivery Times

Under normal circumstances the package with the ordered goods will be dispatched within 1-5 working days after the order has been received. In the very rare cases (strikes, sold-out items etc.) where this time schedule can not be complied to - we will contact you with further information. The time it takes from when a package has been dispatched from our store to when the customer will receive the package varies greatly depending on the destination. If the destination is in Denmark, please expect 1-2 days, while in case of a destination over-seas expect 1-3 weeks. Please contact either your local post office or the Danish post (Postdanmark.dk) for further information.

Import Duty/Tax

Information on import duty and taxes is relevant to the nation recieving the delivery. We ship out from Denmark in Europe to many locations around the world. Below are a selection of commonly requested importy duty/tax details. You can find more information about these charges at your government's designated customs bureau or the online Duty Calculator (http:www.dutycalculator.com).

• United States of America

Import Duty is not charged if the import total value is less than $200 USD. Duty rates are available here.

• Canada

Import Duty is not charged if the import total value is less than $20 CA. Sales tax information is available here.

• Australia

Import taxes and fees are not charged if the import product value is less than $1,000 AU. Sales tax informaiton is available here.

• New Zealand

Associated duty, rates, and taxes are not charged if the import total value is less than $60 NZ. Information is available here.
