Terms and Conditions
Below we have tried to cover some of the main areas of practical information and grouped them into different themes:
1. Online. Please choose the product that you are interested in buying, add it to the shopping basket and when certain that you have made the right choice, please proceed to the “counter” by opting for the “check out” button in the shopping basket.

Postage (& Package):
The prices listed above on postage & package are unitary prices according to geographic zones, (and in certain cases also according to way of payment) but not according to weight or price on any given product. In exceptional cases (regarding packages either very light or very heavy) we do reserve us the right to add an additional price to a package. However, in that case the customer will always be informed before despatchment of the package so it will always be possible to cancel such a purchase.
Under normal circumstances the package with the ordered goods will be despatched within 1-5 working days after the order has been received.
Import Taxes and Sales Tax (VAT):
The customer will have to bear on him all additional costs (VAT or import taxes).
Holiday Season 2012!
We extend the return right until 1st of February 2013 for all orders received after 1st of November 2012. All other conditions apply as usual.
We accept to exchange or refund the price on unused and undamaged items returned in their original packaging within 2 weeks upon final delivery at the customer. The customer is to bear all carriage costs related to any exchange or refund. Thus we will refund the purchase price of the item returned however original shipping charges are not refundable.
You may either follow the steps outlined below or contact us by email for instructions in case you would like to return a product for a refund or an exchange. Contact: email@example.com
Verify that a return is possible. Certain items (such as personalized jerseys) cannot be returned neither for an exchange nor a refund! The period during which a return is accepted might have expired etc.
Re-sellable. Make sure that the product is returned in a re-sellable condition meaning that we need to have the product back unused, with all the original tags, in the original bag (not the shipping bag though), and with no smell of cigarette smoke or perfume.
Notification. it is important to enclose a note in the package with the return which states clearly what the issue is about and what is required by us to do when we receive it. It is also important that there is clear reference to the order number and to any prior email communication regarding the return.
Customs. If the products is returned from a non-EU country the package has to be equipped with a customs label stating value and purpose of the shipment. Please make sure to write "RETURNS" otherwise we might be charged with import tax - duty and a processing fee.

All transactions are undertaken in Danish Crowns DKK. The prices stated in either Euros* € or in US Dollars* $ etc. are approximate values only! The prices in other currencies than DKK are to be considered a help to our non-Danish customers who are unfamiliar with the value of the Danish currency.
We adhere to the principles layed down on how to conduct e-commerce in Denmark. This means that we do not charge people's credit cards until any order has been packed and is ready to ship or has already shipped. The credit card issuer might have reserved the amount used to make the purchase in order to keep track of the balance. But we do not charge the card before an order is effectively leaving the warehouse.
We do not charge any extras on top of the costs of a product and the shipping. There is no credit card fee and we do not charges any extras payable upon receipt by the customer. However, we are no liable for any extra costs levied by the government of the receiving country. It might be in the shape of sales tax, import duty + fees for charging and processing the claim. However, we might be able to offer some advise on how to minimize these extra costs. Please contact us for further information if this is of relevance to you.

6. Pay Pal: we accepts payments through Pay Pal. we do not have the shopping cart set up with a Pay Pal check out. Please contact us by email with your order and we shall provide you the details needed to complete the order.
Email addresses are never sold or given out to anybody.
Unsubscribe instructions are listed at the bottom of every email.
Credit Card Details and other Payment information:
All transactions in the shop are handled by a secure server for commercial transactions based on the Thawte digital certificate. Transactions are encrypted using SSL 128 bit and all the information exchanged is protected from interception and tampering. It is possible to verify security through the closed lock icon on the browser (shown on the lower bar of the window or to the righthand side of the address bar).
We do not store credit card information! and we do not have access to credit card details even if a transaction on the website has been carried out. In that case we only have access to the payment made. The payment gateway does not allow us to charge a higher amount than the initial transaction. We can always charge a lower amount or issue a full or a partial refund.
Personal Information including Contact and Address details:
The registration at "My account" is encrypted. Likewise the registration page upon check out is also encrypted.

The personally identifiable information that MM Sport's collects from our customers when they register on our website are used exclusively for 2 purposes. The first purpose is to be able to deliver the goods purchased in a secure and timely manner. For that purpose an adecuate Name (person, company, c/o etc.), postal address including street name, number, (P.O. Box, office, floor etc.) zip code, state, country is needed. The second purpose is to be able to communicate directly with the customer regarding his/her order. For that purpose as a minimum a valid email address is needed. Complementary information such as phone number, mobile number, fax number etc. can also be provided. We will leave the number of contact options available up to the customer though. The address and contact information is stored in a customer database that nobody else but the employees of the company has access to. None of this information relating to our customers will be passed on or sold to 3rd parties under any circumstances.

First and foremost it is important to stress: Email addresses are never sold or given out to anybody. But in order to operate an online business emails are needed as a way of interacting with the customer. Information about email addresses is collected in three different ways:
The customer has the opportunity to enter a phone number or a mobile phone number when registering. We usually do not use this phone number actively. However, for UPS shipments it can be useful to have a phone number available for the courier to be able to schedule a delivery over the phone. The phone number might also be used for address validation since it happens surpricingly often that an address is not stated correctly. If we need to contact the customer regarding an order e.g. being sold out of an item or longer than expected delivery time we will always write an email to the customer. It will be the rare exception where we will actually try to contact the customer by phone for issues with an order.
