Ordering:

1. Online. Please choose the product that you are interested in buying, add it to the shopping basket and when certain that you have made the right choice, please proceed to the “counter” by opting for the “check out” button in the shopping basket.
2. Telephone. You are very welcome at all times (within the opening hours at least) to call in your order. Likewise in case of any problems regarding the online ordering please do not hesitate to call us for help.

3. Fax. Send a fax with your order to (+45) 86434709. Please remember clearly to state your name, address, delivery address, if different, and how will be the easiest way to contact you – e-mail, phone, mobile etc. Furthermore please state the means of payment (se below for the different options Payment) you may wish to use for the transaction.
4. E-mail. Send an e-mail with your order to info@mmsports.com with the same information as required under the heading “3. Fax.” above.
5. Snail mail. Send your order to MM Sport | Ostervold 14 | 8900 Randers | Denmark. Please include the same information as asked under “3. Fax.” above regarding name, address, contact, delivery, and way of payment.

Postage (& Package):

The prices listed above on postage & package are unitary prices according to geographic zones, (and in certain cases also according to way of payment) but not according to weight or price on any given product. In exceptional cases (regarding packages either very light or very heavy) we do reserve us the right to add an additional price to a package. However, in that case the customer will always be informed before despatchment of the package so it will always be possible to cancel such a purchase.

Delivery Times:

Under normal circumstances the package with the ordered goods will be despatched within 1-5 working days after the order has been received.
In the very rare cases (strikes, sold-out items etc.) where this time schedule can not be complied to - we will contact you with further information.
The time it takes from a package has been despatches from our store and until the customer will receive the package varies greatly depending on the destination. Is the destination in Denmark please expect 1-2 days while in case of a destination over-seas expect 1-3 weeks. Please contact either your local post office or the Danish post (Postdanmark.dk) for further information.

Import Taxes and Sales Tax (VAT):

The customer will have to bear on him all additional costs (VAT or import taxes).
In case of despatchment to non-European Union (EC) countries the full Danish VAT is deducted.

Returns Policy:

Holiday Season 2012!

We extend the return right until 1st of February 2013 for all orders received after 1st of November 2012. All other conditions apply as usual.

We accept to exchange or refund the price on unused and undamaged items returned in their original packaging within 2 weeks upon final delivery at the customer. The customer is to bear all carriage costs related to any exchange or refund. Thus we will refund the purchase price of the item returned however original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note! In case of personalized jerseys (shirts) we do not accept any return nor any exchange for a different size etc. However, this does not effect your statutory consumer rights.
In case of incorrectly shipped, damaged or otherwise faulty items we accept to replace them or issue a full refund including shipping costs and other costs the customer might have incurred.

Returns Procedure:

You may either follow the steps outlined below or contact us by email for instructions in case you would like to return a product for a refund or an exchange. Contact: info@mmsports.com

Verify that a return is possible. Certain items (such as personalized jerseys) cannot be returned neither for an exchange nor a refund! The period during which a return is accepted might have expired etc.

Re-sellable. Make sure that the product is returned in a re-sellable condition meaning that we need to have the product back unused, with all the original tags, in the original bag (not the shipping bag though), and with no smell of cigarette smoke or perfume.

Notification. it is important to enclose a note in the package with the return which states clearly what the issue is about and what is required by us to do when we receive it. It is also important that there is clear reference to the order number and to any prior email communication regarding the return.

Customs. If the products is returned from a non-EU country the package has to be equipped with a customs label stating value and purpose of the shipment. Please make sure to write "RETURNS" otherwise we might be charged with import tax - duty and a processing fee.

All transactions are undertaken in Danish Crowns DKK. The prices stated in either Euros* € or in US Dollars* $ etc. are approximate values only! The prices in other currencies than DKK are to be considered a help to our non-Danish customers who are unfamiliar with the value of the Danish currency.

We adhere to the principles layed down on how to conduct e-commerce in Denmark. This means that we do not charge people's credit cards until any order has been packed and is ready to ship or has already shipped. The credit card issuer might have reserved the amount used to make the purchase in order to keep track of the balance. But we do not charge the card before an order is effectively leaving the warehouse.

We do not charge any extras on top of the costs of a product and the shipping. There is no credit card fee and we do not charges any extras payable upon receipt by the customer. However, we are no liable for any extra costs levied by the government of the receiving country. It might be in the shape of sales tax, import duty + fees for charging and processing the claim. However, we might be able to offer some advise on how to minimize these extra costs. Please contact us for further information if this is of relevance to you.

Means of payment:

1. Credit card. We accept the following cards; Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard, VISA Electron, and JCB.

You may conduct a credit card payment in two ways:
1. Online. By going through our secure check-out and entering the cc details online.
2. Telephone and mail orders. Call us or write us with your order and your credit card details.
2. C.O.D. (cash on delivery (C.O.D.) ("postopkrævning”) ("Nachnahme")) – Please note that this option is only open for deliveries to Denmark and the North Atlantic (Greenland and the Faeroe Islands). When we have received your order we send you a confirmation by e-mail with the complete product and price information. Subsequently we will ask you kindly to confirm this information and that you still want the ordered goods to the given price.
3. Check or Post Giro. We do accept this way of payment too. For further information please contact us by e-mail on info@mmsports.com or by phone, fax or by simply writing us a letter/post card. For further information on these alternative ways of contact please see below.
4. Bank (wired) Transfer: Choose bank transfer in the shopping cart upon check-out. After the order has been completed please make the bank transfer to the account below stating the order number as the reference. When we have registered the payment we will process the order.

5. Money Transfer: Please go to the Western Union homepage in order to find an office close to your location. Send us your order by email and we will get back to you with the exact amount that you will have to transfer and the address details. Then go to the Western Union office and pay the money and subsequently send us the registration number for the transaction. We will then go to pick up the money and when done send you the ordered items.

6. Pay Pal: we accepts payments through Pay Pal. we do not have the shopping cart set up with a Pay Pal check out. Please contact us by email with your order and we shall provide you the details needed to complete the order.

Email Newsletters:

Email addresses are never sold or given out to anybody.

Unsubscribe instructions are listed at the bottom of every email.

Security:

Credit Card Details and other Payment information:

All transactions in the shop are handled by a secure server for commercial transactions based on the Thawte digital certificate. Transactions are encrypted using SSL 128 bit and all the information exchanged is protected from interception and tampering. It is possible to verify security through the closed lock icon on the browser (shown on the lower bar of the window or to the righthand side of the address bar).

We do not store credit card information! and we do not have access to credit card details even if a transaction on the website has been carried out. In that case we only have access to the payment made. The payment gateway does not allow us to charge a higher amount than the initial transaction. We can always charge a lower amount or issue a full or a partial refund.

Personal Information including Contact and Address details:

The registration at "My account" is encrypted. Likewise the registration page upon check out is also encrypted.

Log off: You sign out from your customer account by closing all open browser windows.

Cookies:

A cookie is a unique identifier sent to your computer by a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie lets a computer server identify your computer. A cookie is what allows many sites to greet you upon every return with a message such as, "Hi, David Beckham! Welcome back," even before you actively login. Our cookies do not include any sensitive information, but they do help us track which of our Web pages are visited and which products are most often purchased. Please note that in order to use our Site, your Web browser must be configured to accept cookies. You can rest assured, however, that due to the way the technology of the Internet works, MM Sports does not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information from your computer.

The personally identifiable information that MM Sport's collects from our customers when they register on our website are used exclusively for 2 purposes. The first purpose is to be able to deliver the goods purchased in a secure and timely manner. For that purpose an adecuate Name (person, company, c/o etc.), postal address including street name, number, (P.O. Box, office, floor etc.) zip code, state, country is needed. The second purpose is to be able to communicate directly with the customer regarding his/her order. For that purpose as a minimum a valid email address is needed. Complementary information such as phone number, mobile number, fax number etc. can also be provided. We will leave the number of contact options available up to the customer though. The address and contact information is stored in a customer database that nobody else but the employees of the company has access to. None of this information relating to our customers will be passed on or sold to 3rd parties under any circumstances.

Email Privacy:

First and foremost it is important to stress: Email addresses are never sold or given out to anybody. But in order to operate an online business emails are needed as a way of interacting with the customer. Information about email addresses is collected in three different ways:

  1. Customer email inquiries. If a user of the website mmsports.com writes us an email with a question , query , request or whatever it might be we collect the address of the sender. We use this email address in order to answer the user (whether a customer or not) but the email address is not used actively in any other way. So the email correspondence between the customer service agent and the customer/website user is not used to supplement or to pair with any information obtained through registration on the website or through the signup for newsletters. The emails are stored in our outlook mail application and are used as an ongoing conversation with the customer. Upon request we are willing to remove and delete permanently the entire thread from all folders including the inbox and sent mail folders.
  2. Signup for newsletters. By signing up for one of our newsletters either on the homepage, on a category page or after check-out your email address enters our email newsletter database which is exclusively used to send out promotional emails by MM Sports. The email addresses are not sold or passed on to third parties. Unsubscription can be done at any time by following this link to the unsubscribe page: unsubscribe from newsletter(s) or my making a request to us by email info@mmsports.com with the necessary details and we will make the unsubscription immediately.
  3. Registration. When registering at the website either for opening an account or during checkout an email address will be collected. The email address is needed in order to contact the customer regarding the order. This contact might include but is not limited to notification about shipment, order status update, notification about sold out items, delays etc. The email address will be stored at the customer page with the rest of his/her contact and address details. The email address will not be used for contacting the customer regarding promotions or other marketing initiatives nor will the email address be added to the newsletter mailing list unless this has been done as separate action (see under 2 above) carried out by the customer/website user himself.

Telephone Privacy:

The customer has the opportunity to enter a phone number or a mobile phone number when registering. We usually do not use this phone number actively. However, for UPS shipments it can be useful to have a phone number available for the courier to be able to schedule a delivery over the phone. The phone number might also be used for address validation since it happens surpricingly often that an address is not stated correctly. If we need to contact the customer regarding an order e.g. being sold out of an item or longer than expected delivery time we will always write an email to the customer. It will be the rare exception where we will actually try to contact the customer by phone for issues with an order.
